Supervision for Registered Counsellors

Formal supervision of 10 hours each year is required to maintain registration with peak bodies in Australia. We’re qualified to provide this service for members of the Australian Counselling Association and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.

• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements - Learn documentation standards that Peak Bodies and other referring agencies are looking for to use your services.

About Your Supervisor

Perrin Whimpress - NDIS General Manager and Counselling Supervisor

Grad Dip Psychology (Monash Uni, current), Grad Dip Mental Health (Uni SA), Grad Dip Nursing (Uni SA), Grad Cert Positive Psychology (CQUni), Autism Spectrum Disorder - ASD Fundamentals and Co-occurring Conditions Certification (Uni of Melbourne), ACA/PACFA Supervisor (Rise Up Training), Cert SAHMRI Be Well Plan, Registered Certified Practising Member PACFA.

Perrin’s experience spans 38 years in the health and community sector. He’s held senior positions in mainstream health and community-based care and lectured in universities and vocational education. He provides supervision that is based on a mutually respectful relationship, allowing for shared learning and insights and a safe place to debrief.
